Jules Gibson is an Associate of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (AICB) and has been working on Sage since the early 'nineties - or "for more years than I care to remember now" - and has run her own Sage bookkeeping and training company, Amazon Office Management Ltd, for the past eight years.

Jules has worked in a variety of industries and sectors, including PR, design and publications, health care and the construction industry, where she has honed her Sage skills in some fairly diverse, and frequently adverse, situations. As a result, she knows only too well the reality of being 'at the coalface' of a busy office and understands the vital role of training in helping to empower staff to perform at their best and to help businesses to maximise their investment in expensive software. Her work on the SVT project is aimed at achieving all this as simply and cost-effectively and with as much humour as possible. Bookkeeping with Sage can be fun!

Born in Solihull, West Midlands and now living in Stratford upon Avon in leafy Warwickshire, Jules has always been a pony-mad, country girl at heart and she and her family run the well-known Coppice Shetland Pony Stud, selling prize-winning, home-bred ponies all over the UK and abroad.
